The 8.3 Tracker is a unique tool which, in real-time, receives and then databases Rule 8.3 announcements allowing for instant comparison with other announcements and validation of previously reported data. The 8.3 Tracker allows a user to set-up intelligent email alerts to keep them informed of significant trades in specific targets and /or by named investors.

The 8.3 Tracker allows users to identify trends over the course of an offer period and to investigate an investor's historic trading habits. It also highlights discrepancies.
